Not the right machine for
- Slopes. A zero-turn steers and brakes through the same two wheels, so it slides on inclines and wet grass
- Long dry paddock grass, thistle or blackberry. This is a mower, not a slasher
- Rocky or stumpy ground. Side discharge throws whatever it hits
Better to know that now than halfway through the paddock.

How it works
There is no online booking system. You talk to a person, we sort out the day, and the machine turns up.

We confirm the machine and the day
We will say straight up whether a machine suits your block. If it does not, we will tell you before you pay, not after. Then the machine and the date are locked in.
We deliver, or you collect
Delivery is free inside 10 km of Mallala and a flat rate out to 35 km by road. Or collect it from Mallala yourself for nothing.
Back the next morning
A 24 hour hire means a genuine 24 hours. Out in the morning, back the next morning. The return gets arranged the same way as the drop-off when we confirm the hire, and five day hires run exactly the same, just longer.

These sit right on the 35 km line. Some addresses fall inside it, some fall outside, so we price them one at a time. Send us the address and we will give you the number before you commit to anything.
Pick it up from Mallala yourself and there is no delivery charge at all. You will need a trailer and a way to tie it down. We give you the pick-up spot once the hire is confirmed.
Past 35 km we do not deliver, so a collection is the way to do it. Hire rates and delivery are both GST inclusive.
